An Everyday Sports Hero is anyone participating in sport from the once-a-week shinny player to the aspiring professional and everyone in between. An Everyday Sports Hero is anyone who displays any or all of the great qualities that make sport such an important part of our culture:

- Inspiration
- Determination
- Commitment
This is your chance to Nominate an... "EVERYDAY SPORTS HERO"
Who should you consider?
- your son or daughter, niece or nephew, mother or father who enjoys or shares a passion for sports
- a tireless coach or volunteer
- a teammate who always gives 100% or offers endless encouragement to others
- a colleague or close friend who quietly achieves remarkable personal goals with little notice or fanfare
- someone (perhaps non-competitive) whose immense enjoyment is infectious!
- an individual recognized for integrity and fair play
- you!

Each Everyday Sports Hero nominee receives an on-line profile in the CSHOF website. Junior, Adult, and Gold membership levels receive additional benefits (see registration).

Step One. Complete the registration form.
Pay by credit card on line or fax this form to 416-260-9347 Pay by cheque, simply mail your completed form with the cheque payable to Canada's Sports Hall of Fame
Step Two. Email the following items to everydaysportshero@cshof.ca
- Hero's Name (as to appear on the website)
- An action photograph of your sports hero - Digital JPEG, 300 dpi resolution
- A paragraph (100-150 words) on why your sports hero is nominated (i.e. personal best, MVP, winning championship/ game, sportsmanship, dedication)
- For Junior & Adult Membership level, please indicate your t-shirt size preference. Please note the t-shirt sizes for adults are men's. Children t-shirts are available in youth sizes only.
- For Gold Membership level please indicate your performance shirt size (men's sizing only).
Please note that nominees under the age of 18 must have their parental consent faxed to the Hall before processing.
Step Three.
The Hall will publish the on-line profile of your Everyday Sports Hero and send you the items associated with your level of membership.
