Shailah loves to skate. She trains in Elmvale and Barrie Ontario. Shailah is coached by Adrienne Callan, Heather MacDonald, Janice Morgan, Jason Monk and her Aunt Michelle Leigh. She is friends with many Figure Skating Heroes including 6 time Canadian Champion Jennifer Robinson, 2 time World Bronze medalist Takeshi Honda from Japan and Canadian silver medalist Ben Ferreira. Shailah's Papa and Nan Lou often help her parents, Kari and John, by driving her to the rink to train. Her Great Grandmother, Nan, is a big fan of hers and so is the rest of her family!!! Shailah received her 1st skating medal in April 2006, at a competition in Thornhill, Ontario. She skated to music from "The Little Mermaid". Hard work is the key to Shailah's skating success.

Molly has been playing hockey since she was 6 years old. Molly had early success winning the house league championship at North Toronto in her first year. When she switched to girls hockey she won at the Provincial level as a novice. Subsequent years have been more challenging on the winning front, but Molly is always there. She won't miss a practice even if she is sick. Molly's dedication and work ethic always shines through. She is the one picking up the pucks at the end of the practice. Molly is always working hard to improve her skills. In 2004 her school team recognized her as the Most Improved Player. In 2006 she won the Coaches Award on the school team. Currently she is captain of her school hockey team - always leading by example.

Nearly all the best and most precious things in life may be had for a dollar. All except an exceptional teacher/coach. An outstanding athlete is his own right; Cheyenne assumed that it was the role of a teacher to involve all students in physical effort. Driven by an irresistible conviction in the goodness of people and the civic value of a school, he contributed to this ideal by coaching three activities - cross-country, wrestling and soccer each year for 30 years. With the soft glory of retrospection it is easy to create what never was, but for Cheyenne the truth is more illuminating than any fairy tale. He delivered passion, energy and belief. He was the catalyst for motivation, growth and glory. To hundreds, he has been the indispensable part of the show!!!!
